What is the evaluation process?
1. Referral Form & Intake
Start with a referral request or inquiry form, and our team will connect with you to understand your needs and schedule an initial intake.
2. Assessment Sessions
Structured sessions evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
3. Interpretation & Reporting
We translate data into clear insights and personalized recommendations.
4. Review Meeting
You’ll meet with the psychologist to review results and ask questions.
How quickly will I receive my final report?
We pride ourselves on providing clients with quality reports within 45 days from the date of testing.
Can I use my insurance?
You can use your insurance if you are covered by one of our accepted insurance plans, which currently include: BCBS, Aetna, and Optum. We are OON with all other insurances, but we can provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement if your plan has Out of Network benefits.
