I enjoy working with adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and build more fulfilling lives. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe showing up as they are, knowing they will be met with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My approach is primarily person-centered and psychodynamic, while integrating mindfulness-based and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. Together, we explore how past experiences may shape present thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behavioral patterns while developing practical coping strategies and healthier ways of responding that align with each client’s goals and values.
Whether a client is seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, support through a difficult season, or lasting personal growth, I strive to provide a warm, compassionate environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, sustainable change.
I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College and am currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my 2 cats, looking for sea glass at the beach, practicing yoga, reading, and, of course, listening to Taylor Swift!
