Mindful or mind full? Life can be exhausting when your brain is constantly analyzing, carrying the mental load, shuffling through 15 thoughts (and a song) at once, and stuck in the same relational patterns. I like to help people slow things down, make sense of their thoughts and emotions, and understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck so they can start showing up differently for themselves. Therapy with me is a space where you can fully be yourself while also being gently challenged to grow – a place where you can untangle the noise of everyday life and move toward a life that actually feels good for you.

I specialize in neurodivergent affirming therapy with women 16+ navigating ADHD/AuDHD, relationships, attachments, anxiety, complex trauma, stress/change, & OCD. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use humor, real-life examples, and honest conversation to help things actually click and not feel like you’re just venting every week.

I know what it’s like to have a brain that moves fast and a nervous system that runs even faster, and you deserve support from someone who truly gets it. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and build a life that feels more manageable, schedule an intake call through our website!

Outside of sessions, you can find me traveling, spending time with my husband and our dog Bella, or reading psychological thrillers!
