Therapist
I am a master’s level Marriage and Family Therapist (MMFT) providing in-person and virtual therapy in Braintree. I hold my bachelor’s in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. My work is grounded in the importance of identities, cultural backgrounds, and relationships that shape each person’s unique experiences and ways of navigating those systems.

I have extensive experience working with individual young and middle-aged adults, couples, and families around anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I use an integrative approach of care including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Relational-Cultural Theory, and CBT to foster flexible and holistic support of clients’ various needs. Additionally, as a multi-racial clinician, I focus on supporting individuals from historically marginalized communities, including those within the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and immigrant communities. I believe healing and growth stem from being genuine, accountable, and compassionate to one’s self and within relationships. I strive to collaborate with clients to recognize and challenge their distress patterns while acknowledging their strengths and all the valid reasons for feeling “stuck”.

Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in “nerd-culture” activities (i.e., video games, ttrpgs, anime/manga, etc.), socializing with friends, watching movies, bouldering, and going on walks with my wife and dog.
