Therapist

I am a Master’s level clinician dedicated to helping people navigate life transitions, reconnect with their inner strength, and find meaning during difficult times. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. With experience in behavior support, mental health counseling, education, and wellness leadership, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across diverse settings.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals facing anxiety, burnout, trauma recovery, substance use, and identity exploration, as well as caregivers and helping professionals seeking space to care for themselves. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, behavioral theory, and narrative practices. This flexibility allows me to tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique goals and strengths.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through group fitness, hiking, running, kayaking, and traveling. I view wellness as a whole-person experience and strive to live that both personally and professionally.
