I am a Master’s-Level Clinician offering in-person and virtual sessions at the Foxboro location.
I hold a M.A. in Counselor Education from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. in Psychological Science from the University of Vermont. I provide support for adults, teens, and children navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions and grief. I specialize working with children and adolescents as they navigate challenges related to school, transition to adulthood, and family relationships, while also providing guidance for caregivers and family. I apply a person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness within my practice with the focus on establishing empathy, creating a safe space, and fostering growth for children and adolescents.
Within my career, I have worked with primarily children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and a variety of settings including inpatient hospitals, outpatient services, and in-school behavioral services.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying nature, and playing with my cats.
