Ashley Constantine serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Verge Therapy, where she leads the operational strategy and infrastructure that support the organization’s continued growth. With more than two decades of experience in the mental health field and over a decade in executive leadership roles, Ashley brings a rare combination of clinical insight and organizational expertise to building high-performing healthcare organizations.

As COO, Ashley oversees the operational systems that allow Verge to scale while maintaining strong leadership alignment, operational clarity, and sustainable systems for clinicians and teams. Her work focuses on translating strategic vision into practical infrastructure—designing the processes, decision-making structures, and leadership frameworks that allow a growing organization to operate effectively at scale.

Throughout her career, Ashley has led complex organizational initiatives across program development, regulatory compliance, governance, and strategic planning. She is particularly skilled at helping leadership teams build operational systems that strengthen accountability, support thoughtful decision-making, and create stability during periods of rapid growth.
