Therapist
I am a Master’s level clinician based in Braintree, offering in-person and telehealth therapy. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Meredith College and my Master’s in Counseling at Regis College. I have experience working in residential care with adolescents who were involved with DCF, collaborating with families, DCF, schools, and adolescents to ensure proper care.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered as I believe in meeting each person where they are at. I am flexible and dedicated, pulling from CBT, DBT, ARC, and expressive therapy. I have worked with children and adolescents across many different settings and work to honor their experiences and strengths.
Outside of session, you can usually find me going on a walk in nature, thrifting, or binge-watching a show.
