Therapist

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker offering in-person therapy in Woburn and telehealth services throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Maine. I take an individualized, generalist approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. My work incorporates mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar I and II disorders, personality disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I also enjoy working with couples and families, helping them strengthen communication, identify existing strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing openly and honestly. My professional background includes working as a school social worker, a clinician within a community behavioral health center, and a crisis hotline counselor. These experiences have allowed me to work with clients across the lifespan and have strengthened my ability to support individuals and families during periods of crisis, transition, and uncertainty.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading mystery novels, running outdoors, and playing the saxophone in a community band.
