LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a master’s level clinician providing in-person and virtual therapy at the Foxboro location. I believe that healing first starts with our relationship. I focus on building trust and creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you are free to be yourself. I strive to make this an experience where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed and I often utilize elements of psychodynamic theory, relational cultural therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strengths-based therapy. I received my bachelor’s and master’s in psychology from Boston University and my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I completed my clinical practicum and internship at The Women’s Center of Southeastern Michigan. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have supported clients with various issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and attachment wounds.

My goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are at in your healing journey and to be a supportive partner throughout. My hope is that you can better understand yourself, have healthier relationships, advocate for yourself, and feel empowered, confident, hopeful, and in control. Outside of work, I enjoy playing with my dogs, spending time with friends and family, reading, and learning how to knit.
