HALEY FURANO, M.A. CLINICIAN
She/Her/Hers
I’m a mental health clinician based in the Woburn office, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Augsburg University in Minneapolis and my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles. I have experience working with children and adults struggling with anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, self-harm, trauma, relationships, OCD, personality disorders, addiction, and grief.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and relational, grounded in curiosity and empathy. I often work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or caught in repeating patterns – whether in relationships, work, or their inner world. Together, we focus on building insight and developing personalized tools to help you navigate your everyday life with less distress and more confidence.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), often utilizing a trauma and attachment informed lens to tailor therapy to my clients’ unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels thoughtful, human, and usable – supporting both understanding and real-life change. Outside of work, I love to write, read, learn, create, stretch, and rest!
