Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Braintree office, offering both in-person and telehealth therapy. I earned my Master of Social Work from Boston University and have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across outpatient, community-based, in-home, and higher-acuity mental health settings.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and individualized to each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed interventions, narrative therapy, solution-focused approaches, psychoeducation, and creative or play-based interventions. I commonly support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, trauma, anger, peer and relationship challenges, school-related stress, life transitions, and safety concerns, including suicidal ideation and safety planning.

I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients better understand their emotions, build practical coping skills, recognize their strengths, and feel more confident navigating challenges in their lives. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, traveling, staying active, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
