JESSICA DEALMEIDA, LMHC
She/Her/Hers
Therapist
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing in-person and virtual therapy at the Foxboro location. I hold an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University and an M.Ed. in Community Engagement from Merrimack College. My work is grounded in understanding how culture, relationships, and systems uniquely shape each person’s experience.
I specialize in working with youth and young adults around anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, generational trauma, relational concerns, with a focus on supporting individuals from historically marginalized communities, including but not limited to LGBTQ+, BIPOC, immigrant families and other identities. I use an integrative approach that includes Narrative Therapy, Relational-Cultural Theory, CBT, and DBT, incorporating creative and individualized tools to help clients share their stories in empowering ways. I am fluent in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, and Spanish.
I believe healing happens through many small, brave moments of growth, and I strive to help clients recognize and build upon their own strengths. Outside of work, you can find me cozied up with a good book, discovering new music, being creative, or watching true crime documentaries and New Girl with my dog Lily and my cats, Ozzy and Zoey.
