Clinical & Operations Director of Woburn Office
Kaitlin Belowich serves as the Clinical and Operations Director for Verge Therapy’s Woburn office, where she leads both the clinical and day-to-day operational performance of the location. In this role, Kaitlin supports clinicians in delivering thoughtful, high-quality care while helping ensure the office operates with the structure, coordination, and support needed for a growing practice.
Kaitlin works closely with Verge’s clinical and executive leadership teams to maintain strong clinical standards while supporting office-level operations such as clinician scheduling, team coordination, and performance alignment with organizational goals. Her leadership helps ensure that clinicians are well supported and that clients experience consistent, high-quality care.
A key part of Kaitlin’s work involves fostering Verge’s collaborative clinical culture at the office level. Through mentorship, consultation, and day-to-day leadership, she helps clinicians navigate complex clinical work while maintaining thoughtful, client-centered care.
In addition to her leadership role, Kaitlin is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan as well as families through both in-person and telehealth sessions. Her clinical work focuses on supporting individuals navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and perinatal wellbeing.
Kaitlin’s approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, emphasizing collaboration and personalized care.
Kaitlin received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and her Master of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. Her previous experience includes overseeing an intensive therapeutic care program, providing in-home therapy, and working in integrated behavioral health within a pediatric medical home.
