Therapist
I am a Master’s-level clinician passionate about helping others navigate life challenges by building a strong, compassionate relationship with themselves. I approach therapy as a space for honesty, connection, and growth. My goal is to help clients feel both accepted and empowered in the space as they work towards the change most meaningful to them. With experience in schools, community settings, and therapeutic programming, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

My therapeutic style is person-centered and strengths-based. My work is informed by evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I often incorporate creative and expressive interventions when appropriate. While drawing from these frameworks, I believe therapy is a highly individualized experience, so I aim to integrate and tailor treatment to each person’s unique goals, strengths, and values. At the heart of my work, I believe that people deserve to feel seen, respected and supported without judgment. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that feels authentic, grounded, and affirming. Throughout my training and experience, I have worked with clients in both one-on-one and group settings, supporting individuals with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Much of my clinical work has centered around supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma histories, family conflict, identity-related stress, and challenges with self-expression and advocacy. These experiences have continued to shape my belief that healing often begins with feeling accepted, understood, and empowered. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, hiking, crocheting, and reading mystery novels!
