NICOLE LEBLANC, LMHC
Director of Client Access & Revenue Operations
Nicole LeBlanc serves as the Director of Client Access and Revenue Operations at Verge Therapy, where she leads the systems that connect clients to care and support the organization’s intake and billing infrastructure. In this role, Nicole oversees the intake and billing teams, helping ensure that clients experience a clear, responsive, and supportive process from their very first interaction with the practice.
Nicole’s background as a practicing therapist informs her approach to both client access and clinician support. Her understanding of the vulnerability clients experience when seeking care, and the operational challenges clinicians face, helps her design systems that create a supportive client experience while allowing clinicians to focus on delivering meaningful care.
In addition to her operational leadership, Nicole is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Her clinical work draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic perspectives, and holistic frameworks.
Nicole received her master’s degree from Bridgewater State University, where she completed a dual degree in counseling and school-based mental health work. Her clinical experience includes work in community mental health and inpatient hospital settings, supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, identity development, and life transitions.
Nicole is deeply committed to building systems that support both clients and clinicians, ensuring that the experience of accessing and delivering care remains thoughtful, organized, and aligned with Verge Therapy’s standards of excellence.
