She/Her/Hers

Therapist

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Woburn, offering in-person and telehealth sessions.  I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston College and my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages across various settings, including acute and chronic inpatient environments.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, mood disorders, thought disorders, and anxiety through a trauma-informed lens.  My clinical approach is rooted in a person-centered foundation, meaning that you are always the expert on your own life. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions-Focused Therapy, I tailor each session to meet clients where they are, helping them identify their strengths, explore their goals, and navigate change at their own pace.  Collaboration, honesty, and authenticity are at the heart of my work.

When not in session, I can be found reading my latest book club pick, sweating through spin class, catching up on Bravo reality TV shows, and filling my camera roll with pictures of my dog Penny.
