Therapist

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Foxboro office, offering in-person and virtual sessions.

I provide support to adults, teens, children, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety and life transitions. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ youth and young adults as they navigate sexual and gender identity development and transition. I also provide guidance for their caregivers and families. My certification in LGBTQ+ Affirming Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for youth and adults, combined with extensive experience in the community, ensures I offer evidenced based, affirming, and empathetic support.

My approach is person-centered and focuses on cultivating a warm, welcoming space centered on building authentic rapport. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective that integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness skills. I have also co-led Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills groups for young adults. These integrated methods are designed to empower clients to move towards living a life that holds value and meaning for them.

I bring many years of professional experience from my time working on clinical teams supporting diverse populations. I leverage this extensive background to provide compassionate and joyful care. While I do not exclusively work with the LGBTQ+ community, I am uniquely equipped with both lived and clinical experience to offer a deeply affirming and understanding environment for all clients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, including my cats and dog! I enjoy cooking new recipes and comfort foods.
