Sarah Bernstein, M.S.
she/her/hers
I am a Master’s-level clinician providing in-person and virtual therapy at the Milton location. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i and my Bachelor of Social Work from Bridgewater State University. My work is grounded in understanding how relationships, culture, and life experiences shape each person’s story.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, family conflict, and life transitions. I support clients in reconnecting with themselves, exploring past experiences, and understanding how these may impact their daily lives. I have experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and LGBTQIA+ populations and strive to provide care that is respectful, inclusive, and responsive to each person’s identity and lived experience.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I integrate CBT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing within a trauma-informed, attachment-focused framework. I offer a calm, grounded presence and gently challenge clients when there is room for growth. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, yoga, going to the beach, traveling, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
