Therapist

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) based in Woburn offering both in person and telehealth sessions. I completed my Bachelor’s in Social Work, with a minor in Psychology, at the University of New Hampshire and my Master’s in Social Work at Salem State University. My approach to therapy is a person-centered collaboration where we work together to support you reaching your goals.

I have had the pleasure of working with children 4+, teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating a multitude of challenges. Some being; anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, family conflict, life transitions, suicidal ideation, and personal identity challenges. I have worked in a variety of settings including elementary and middle schools, private outpatient organizations, and community mental health agencies.

I approach each session by meeting my clients where they are at and creating an affirming, empathetic space free of judgment. I utilize modalities such as CBT, mindfulness practice, trauma-informed care, strengths-based approach, and the notion that each individual is the expert of their own life. Through therapy I aim to empower clients, help them grow and hone new skills, as well as foster resilience.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, snuggling with my cat, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
