Clinical & Operations Director of Braintree Office
Simon Davis-Millis serves as the Clinical and Operations Director for Verge Therapy’s Braintree office, where he oversees both the clinical leadership and day-to-day operational performance of the location. In this role, Simon supports clinicians in delivering high-quality care while also helping ensure the office operates with the structure and coordination needed to support a growing practice.
Simon works closely with Verge’s executive and clinical leadership teams to maintain strong clinical standards while supporting office-level operations, including clinician scheduling, team coordination, and performance alignment with organizational goals. His role bridges clinical leadership and operational execution, helping ensure that both clinicians and clients experience a well-supported and thoughtfully run practice.
A core part of Simon’s work involves fostering Verge’s collaborative clinical culture at the office level. Through supervision, consultation, mentorship, and day-to-day leadership, he helps clinicians navigate complex clinical work while maintaining consistent standards of care.
In addition to his leadership role, Simon is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. His approach combines warmth, humor, and curiosity to create a supportive space where clients can gain insight and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Simon’s clinical work draws from relational and evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused therapy. He works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, and concerns related to self-esteem and identity.
Simon received his Master of Social Work from Simmons University and has prior experience working in school-based and crisis mental health settings.
